Collection of dependent receivables

Even if the owner of the company managed to recover the debt on his own, which is rather rare, he will still incur costs related to downtime in the enterprise, waste of his time, and if he brought the case to court - with court fees. Court fees for property claims (e.g. recovery of invoice payments, overdue advance payments) depend on the value of the dispute and amount to 5% of the total amount.
Claims regarding payment arrears can also be pursued in simplified proceedings, and then the fee rate depends on the value of the dispute, as follows:

  • up to 2 thousand - PLN 30
  • 2 thousand Up to 4 thousand - PLN 100
  • 5 thousand up to 7.5 thousand - PLN 250
  • over 7.5 thousand, but not more than PLN 10 thousand - PLN 300

The detective advises that it is worth using his services in the field of debt collection, as these arrears lead to disruptions in the functioning of the company and often to the loss of financial liquidity. Debtors feel more respect for a professional and realize that in the event of a disagreement, the debt issue will end up in court, and the dishonest debtor will go to the debtors' base and will prevent him from obtaining an investment or working capital loan. In addition, a private detective will give advice on how to get a quick injection of money to maintain the desired financial condition of the company. Such a good solution is to sell your debt to a debt collection company. In this case, the entrepreneur may receive from 50 to 90% of the invoice value, and it is determined depending on the fee charged by the debt collection company.

Currently, 7 out of 10 entrepreneurs complain about delays in payment of invoices from new and old contractors, and therefore, the detective recommends using the help of a specialist, especially those companies that do not have a debt collection department.
