Effective enforcement of debts abroad
In such cases, you must complete the European order for payment, or ENZ for short, and then send it to the court of a given country. Such a European order for payment concerns uncontested civil and commercial claims.
With ENZ, the entire process of recovering foreign claims is done electronically, i.e. the claimant files a claim, and then the court of a given country issues a decision online. On the other hand, the court sends it to the debtor in the traditional way.
