Effective enforcement of debts abroad

In such cases, you must complete the European order for payment, or ENZ for short, and then send it to the court of a given country. Such a European order for payment concerns uncontested civil and commercial claims.

With ENZ, the entire process of recovering foreign claims is done electronically, i.e. the claimant files a claim, and then the court of a given country issues a decision online. On the other hand, the court sends it to the debtor in the traditional way. Being a professional private detective, I offer assistance in drawing up an appropriate application for a European order for payment. I explain that in other EU countries the form of the completed application for the issuance of an ENZ is submitted to a Polish court and this court issues an appropriate decision in this regard, while the enforcement body of the country where the debtor lives is responsible for the enforcement of the debt.

However, there are difficult debt collections that require the collection of appropriate evidence, which is not guaranteed by a European court. The detective advises you to hire a professional debt collector in such situations, especially when the debt is for a significant amount. The Krakow detective office that I represent has knowledge about the provisions in contracts, legal regulations in force in a given country, as well as procedures that help to persuade a foreign debtor to repay the debt.

Regarding the recovery of debts from private persons residing abroad, my assistance as a detective is particularly recommended, because most often there are no contracts concluded with private persons. Then you need to collect the relevant evidence. Therefore, the detective advises you to keep all correspondence addressed to the debtor (e-mail, SMS, possibly by letter), and above all, use the help of detectives. It is profitable because the cost of hiring a detective is charged to the debtor.

The private detective points out that the sooner the process of debt collection from a foreign debtor begins, the greater the chance of debt recovery.
